Please excuse me, but I have been in a crafty mood lately!

I have a bridal shower coming up and I wanted to make a special gift for the bride-to-be...so...I pulled out the Cricut and got it done!

A cake plate for the couple to enjoy their first piece of cake!

The great part about having a personalized cake plate is that when the couple pulls out the top tier of their wedding cake one year later, they can enjoy it, once again, on this special plate!

All wrapped up with some monogrammed linen napkins in a personalized beverage tin!

But...what makes this beverage tin different?

The back is covered in chalkboard paint allowing this tin to be personalized even further!

So many friends of ours are getting married so we have tons of showers and weddings to attend...which I LOVE!

Although I'm now a stickler for getting gifts off a couple's registry, when we are invited to multiple events for the couple, I like to switch it up a bit. So, for a recent couple's shower, I went a little crazy with the Cricut!

{Cricut Creations} Shower Hostess Gifts

Last weekend, my husband and I were showered with gifts by his family and our Baton Rouge friends. I'd share pictures but the only ones that my husband took were pretty unflattering...so sorry! I wanted to get all of the 13 hostesses something personalized and special so...I got the Cricut out and got to work!

Of course, I had to match the gift wrapping to the colors of the shower! So hot pink and lime green it was!

More Cricut Fun!

I love having the Cricut because I love personalizing gifts. I had a fun crafting session the other day!

I found this lime green bucket and it was just screaming for some cute lettering! So for a baby shower gift, I added the couple's last name in blue vinyl  with some polka dots. I had too much fun with this one!

In the same trip, I found these vinyl Christmas bibs. So I personalized them for a few little ones to enjoy this season!

The bibs went perfectly with these sippy cups and snack bowls!

We needed a sign for our front door and this fit perfectly!

How sassy are these zebra take-away placemat and bib! Perfect gift set!

Ornaments are a must!

My session was cut a bit short but I have TONS more to make! Can't wait to share!

Cricut Creations!

Over this long, restful Labor Day weekend I finally put my Cricut to good use. I only have one font so far so I was limited with my playing...but I still had fun! I made a bunch of gifts for the family...three of which are teenage boys that have little to no desire to own anything cute...but they were great sports! I got the idea of using the vinyl letters on picture frames from my friend over at Emmie Lane...she is so great!

Once I have downloaded the proper programs...I'll be Cricuting everything with fierce determination! Stay tuned for more!
